Can I help you to manage your stress?

Once upon a time, there were two holy men living in a village. having long beard and they leading very very simple life and keeping all moral values. One day they started to make a route in a forest and they started their work too early and continued …and their route reach at a narrow stream ,and route were too dirty and muddy and the feel too much difficult to make that path…
But suddenly they shocked and stopped their work and saw a young beautiful lady having good-looking dress and she had a new pair of expensive shoe. Stood beside the cross and showing her unwillingness to cross the muddy path with her new shoe and luxurious dress.
Without a moment's of hesitation, one of the monk picked up the young lady and carried her across the path .He put her gently back down on the path. She smiled her thanks and he showed his response.
Then the continued their work in silence. After some time had passed, the other monk, who was surely highly agitated, broke the quiet. "How could you do that?" He asked,
The first monk, deep in thought, looked at his companion and replied "Do what "?

"How could you touch that woman?"...you picked her up and handled her, ,and you-you –touched her ". The holy man mouth was compressed and he became angry.

"Oh, are you still carrying that young lady? ". The first monk responded, with a smile in his mouth...and say " I put her down an hour ago."

The above story gives a clear picture that how stresses form...The second monk he keeping his mind in complete stress while thinking that incident.

· Take control of your environment.

Last and most important thing is that believe strongly in the God, who created the humanity, the sun, the moon, and who created the stress.
